Do not let anything be wasted after cooking the broth – the ingredients can be used and prepared something really delicious.
A good example is this one chicken saladwhich you can easily eat for lunch or dinner. It is healthy and light, good also when you take care of the line.
Salad ingredients:
- about 300 g of cooked chicken meat,
- 1 cooked carrot,
- 1 cooked parsley,
- ½ Chinese cabbage,
- several branches of parsley,
- Several cups of chives.
Ingredients for dressing:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar,
- 1 teaspoon of honey mustard,
- ½ teaspoon of liquid honey,
- 1 clove of garlic (squeezed by Prague),
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Cut the meat from the broth into small pieces, and the carrots into semi -slices. Grate the parsley on thick grater.
Finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Chop parsley and chives. Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate dish, combine all ingredients to dressing.
Pour the salad with dressing and mix again.
Put the salad for at least half an hour in the fridge so that the flavors bite.
