Two children died and several people were injured in attacks against the Azzam family home in the Zeitun neighborhood, one of the neighborhoods of the city of Gaza under the order of withdrawal.
The Israeli Army ordered on Sunday the withdrawal of residents from the cities of Jabalia, northern Gaza, and the city of Gaza, including neighborhoods such as Zeitun, Sabra or Al Tuffah, where bombing killed at least two children on Saturday.
“For your safety, take it immediately to the south, to the Al Mawasi area,” said military spokesman Avichay Adraee, informing that the army is operating “with great strength in these areas” and that the attacks will intensify and extend from the west to the center of these cities.
This dawn, at least seven Palestinians died in attacks, according to medical sources quoted by Palestinian news agency Wafa, five of them when Israel bombed a tent that housed displaced people in Al Mawasi, west of Jan Yunis.
Two children also died and several people were injured in attacks against the Azzam family house in the neighborhood of Zeitun, one of the neighborhoods of the city of Gaza under the order of withdrawal.
In addition, the Israelite army continues to destroy residential buildings in downtown Jan Yunis, while artillery bombings continue on the outskirts of Rafa.
On Saturday, more than 60 Palestinians were killed by Israel in Gaza, according to the Civil Defense spokesman, rising to more than 56,300 the deadly victims since October 2023 (more than half women and children), although this number is conservative and the real number exceeds 72,000, according to several studies.
According to the Ministry of Health of Gaza, this number does not include the estimate of thousands of indirect deaths from disease, nor the 66 children who have already starved or malnutrition, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
