Deutsche Bahn and Siemens tested a new high -speed train from the Munich train builder on the route between Erfurt and Leipzig/Halle. The so -called Velaro Novo reached speeds of around 405 kilometers per hour, as the train announced. This was a record for this route, said a railway spokeswoman. A medium car of the new platform was used in the test.
