Ukraine: The intelligence services announced an air base hit in Crimea

Attacks with drones was launched on Saturday morning by SBUs (SBU) against K. Kirovis Military Airport in occupied Crimea, destroying multiple enemy aerial and anti -aircraft means. According to Ukrinform Ukrainian agency, SBU announced through Telegram that three Russian helicopters Mi-8, Mi-26 and Mi-28 were affected by the operation, as well as the motorist anti-aircraft system of Pantsir-S1 forces.

The attack caused extensive fires in the air base positions, anti -aircraft systems and ammunition warehouses, and UAV recognition and impact equipment was also damaged.

“SBU is working systematically to limit the potential of the Russian Federation to launch air and bombers against Ukraine. Invaders should understand that their expensive military equipment and ammunition are nowhere to be protected: neither on the contact line, nor in temporary occupied territories, nor in the enemy behind the enemy, “SBU said in a statement.

It is recalled that just last night, on June 27, the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit-according to what they said-four SU-34 fighters at Marinovka’s Russian Airport in the Russian area, Russia.
