The São Paulo Court held, on the morning of Monday (30), the First instructional hearing of the Green Spot fansPalmeiras organized crowd, accused of an ambush against Blue Mafia fans, organized Cruzeiro fans in October last year.
The audience took place at the Mairiporã Forum at 10am.
According to the Court of Justice, 12 victims, eight prosecution witnesses and 37 defense witnesses were listed to be heard. In all, 20 defendants are responding to the process. At the time, on the Fernão Dias highway, during the fight.
Remember the case
An ambush against the Cruzeiro fans prepared by Palmeiras organized by Palmeiras, left 17 injured and one dead on the Fernão Dias Highway, near the Mairiporã tunnel, in the interior of São Paulo, at dawn on October 27, 2024.
According to the Federa Highway Police (PRF), the confrontation took place in the stretch of kilometer 65 of the highway, towards Belo Horizonte, around 5 am, when the collective of the Cruzeiro fans would have been intercepted by the Palmeirenses.
Police point out that at this moment the fans would have started the confrontation and began to exchange rockets with each other.
Prison of Green Spot members
The São Paulo Civil Police arrested Ten members of the Green Spotorganized Palmeiras fans, on the morning of December 3, 2024.
The arrest warrants were served during an operation of the Department of Homicides and Protection of Persons (DHPP). In all, they were fulfilled 13 arrest warrants and 23 search and seizure.
Judicial orders were fulfilled in the capitalbesides the cities of Osasco, Carapicuíba, Santana de Parnaíba and Franco da Rocha, in Greater São Paulo, and Bragança Paulista, in the interior.
Furthermore, two spot fans had already been arrested. The first suspect, Alekssander Ricardo Tancredi, 30, was arrested on November 1, while the second involved was arrested on November 26 in Mairiporã, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
