Four ingredients are enough to prepare a proven dough for dumplings – About half a kilo of wheat flour type 450 or 500, 250 ml of hot water, 2 tablespoons of melted butter and two pinches of salt.
Preparation method:
- The flour should be sifted to the board. We make a small hole in the middle of the hill from flour, and then pour in hot water into it, then add melted butter and two pinches of salt. Mix the whole with a wooden spoon.
