The deadline for payment of IMI by real estate owners, in a single installment if the amount is less than 100 euros or the first installment if the amount is higher, ends this Monday, June 30.
The deadline, which normally ends in late May, was extended due to technical constraints associated with blackout.
According to the law, the Municipal Real Estate Tax (IMI) is paid one time during May, when its amount is less than 100 euros, being unfolded in two installments paid in May and November when oscillates between 100 and 500 euros.
Overcoming the 500 euros is divided into three installments of the same amount to be paid in May, August and November.
