Two neglected Dutch children aged six and nine have been discovered by authorities in the Italian region of Piemont. According to the media there are siblings who lived isolated on the economic farm northeast of Turin, informs TASR according to Monday’s report by APA. Police discovered children during evacuation as a result of floods in April this year. They both wore diapers, could not talk, read or write and lived in catastrophic hygiene conditions. A nine -year -old boy and a six -year -old girl were not enrolled in any school or registered at the registry office. The case in Italy has not become known until these days.

The family lived in a village with approximately 1,300 inhabitants only three years.
