Ingredients needed to prepare the best fudges:
- 500 ml of condensed milk,
- 150 g of butter,
- 1 cup of cane sugar,
- a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
We start by heating the ingredients in a small saucepan. We place condensed milk, butter, cane sugar and vanilla sugar in it. Heat on low heat to combine the ingredients. When sugar and butter dissolve and the mass is uniform, we pour it into a small mold lined with foil or baking paper. Set aside the mass to the concentration. After a few hours it should become thick. When it is hard, it can take it out of the mold and cut it into smaller pieces.
