The pancakes themselves have a slightly different structure than those from the pan. They lack the toasted edges, but thanks to the addition of baking powder they become more fluffy and flexible. Ingredients for 3-4 pieces:

  • 4 tablespoons of wheat or rice flour, about 40 grams.

  • Half a teaspoon.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • About a third of a glass of water added while mixing for the right consistency.

Preparation method:

  • Connect the loose ingredients: Place flour, baking powder and salt in a medium -sized bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Add wet ingredients: Put the egg, pour in milk and start mixing with a kitchen rod. When mixing, gradually add water until the mass becomes uniform, without lumps, and obtains a slightly liquid consistency. Set aside for a few minutes to make the dough mature.
  • Form the cake: Pour a portion of the dough into a clean, flat plate or heat -resistant dish. Spread the mass with a thin layer, trying to avoid clearances.
  • Bake in a microwave: Put the dish in a microwave, set the power to 700 to 800 watts and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Watch until the surface ceases to be moist and the dough is clearly cut.
  • Transfer and repeat: Ready pancake carefully remove from the plate and put it on a grid or clean plate so that it does not stick. Repeat until you use a whole portion of dough. Ready pancakes can be served hot or cold, with selected sweet or dry additions.
