The Airport Live Madeira Youtube channel captured last Monday, another troubled landing at Madeira-Cristiano Ronaldo, known as one of the most challenging in the world for pilots.
The video shows the tense moment when an Airbus A320 of the Estonian company Marabu, from Nuremberg (Germany), faces strong winds crossing during the approach to the track in the Santa Catarina area.
Despite adverse weather conditions, the aircraft managed to land safely at 5:48 pm… in a breath -cutting maneuver.
Due to bad weather, at least four flights were canceled and another four had to be diverted to alternative airports.
