The contest will be held in two main steps. The first, with objective tests, is scheduled for October 5th. The second, with discursive evidence, will take place on December 7th. In addition, candidates may apply for exemption from the registration fee between July 2 and 8, and the payment of the fee may be made until the 21st of the same month.
Of the total vacancies, 2,480 are for immediate filling, with 1,972 for higher level positions and 508 intermediate level. The other 1,172 vacancies will form a reserve register and can be filled over the validity of the contest.
The selection process will have affirmative actions to promote greater inclusion and diversity. 30% of vacancies will be reserved for black, indigenous and quilombola candidates, as well as 5% for people with disabilities. The notice also provides for measures to ensure greater female participation, determining that if less than 50% of vacancies are filled by women, additional candidates may be summoned to balance the proportion.
Another important point is that successful candidates may be called to act in any unit of the Federation, according to the needs of the organs. For Acreans, this means the chance to win a place in the public service without leaving the state, or to seek professional experiences in other regions of the country.
The publication of the full notice is scheduled for the coming days. It is expected that the definitive list of approved will be released on January 30, 2026. The Unified National Contest is one of the government’s main initiatives to modernize and democratize access to the federal civil service, and should attract thousands of subscribers throughout Brazil.
