If you like brownie, make the dough mandatory – Chocolate seducer This is a more curled version of this classic baking.
It tastes like every fan of sweets, you can serve classically – sprinkled with powdered sugar – but also with the addition of seasonal fruit or with a scoop of ice cream.
- 180 g of butter,
- 250 g of dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa),
- 4 eggs (size M),
- 250 g of brown sugar,
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,
- 100 g of wheat flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- a pinch of salt,
- powdered sugar (for decoration).
Melt in a saucepan (slowly) butter. Add crushed chocolate to it. After a while, remove from the burner. When the chocolate dissolves in hot butter, mix the ingredients for a smooth sauce. Cool (the sauce is to remain liquid, but it cannot be hot).
Gover the eggs to room temperature. Grate with sugar and vanilla extract. Do not beat too long (only until the sugar dissolved) so as not to aerate the dough too – it should be compact, moist.
Combine eggs with cooled chocolate sauce. Sift flour combined with baking powder and a pinch of salt to the obtained mass. Mix to a uniform dough – only to combine the ingredients.
Pour the dough into a 23×23 cm mold lined with baking paper.
Insert in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. The baked dough should have a compact skin. However, its flesh is to be soft and moist. You can check his condition with a stick – it cannot be covered with a raw dough, but after removing it will not be completely dry.
Set the baked dough to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
