Amanita Phalloides is not one of the usual list of ingredients of a recipe for Filet Wellington. For this legendary dish, a beef fillet is covered with a duxell mushroom farm and puff pastry. But it is advisable to use the type Agaricus Campestris, i.e. commercially available meadow mushrooms, instead of the tuber mushrooms.
