The singer obtained the provisional guard of his son Leo, 5, after attending an audience with Dona Ruth Moreira, mother of and grandmother of the child. The meeting took place at the Goiânia Civil Forum, in Goiás, and was reported by Record TV’s Goiás Record program on Monday (30). According to the station, the judge of the case decided that the artist should be with the provisional guard of his son until the end of the process. At the beginning of June, Huff went to court and asked Leo’s full guard. Because it is under secret justice, the details of the process cannot be accessed. Previously, the countryman and his mother -in -law had shared custody of the child since Marilia’s death in 2021. Leo lived with his grandmother.

Since Huff judicized the dispute with his mother -in -law, the two have changed indirect and accusations on social networks. The relationship, which seemed cordial until recently, quickly deteriorated. After the lawsuit became public knowledge, the singer spoke on social networks saying that he does not intend to dismiss his son from Marília’s family. “Unfortunately, I cannot expose all the evidence and facts I have, because it is in secret of justice, but the truth will prevail! I have no intention, I never wanted to and I do not want to push it from the maternal family,” he said. “I made this decision for a greater good. Don’t judge without knowing the story completely.” Amid the repercussion, Dona Ruth shared in the stories of her Instagram profile records of Leo care, such as attention to the grandson’s food at school. She also regretted the situation, but accused Huff of never having paid a pension to her son.

“Leo has never received any penny from his father’s pension, but I never attacked his integrity. On the contrary, I always argued that Leo respected and loved his father.” She concluded by saying that, in respect of the grandson and by judicial orientation, she no longer intends to comment on the case. The singer did not let the accusation pass. In response, he published a text in which he classified Ruth’s statements as “liars” and said he was forced to expose personal information. Murilo detailed the monthly spending he claims to have his son, including R $ 2,600 with school, R $ 1,200 with health plan, R $ 2,800 in sessions with psychologist, R $ 5,000 with nanny/nurse and about R $ 4,000 monthly with diabetes treatment. According to the singer, only the basic fixed costs exceed R $ 15 thousand per month, which he says bearing fully. In addition to the text, the singer showed proof of the advance payment of one year from Leo school, in the amount of R $ 30 thousand, and R $ 9.1 thousand for psychotherapy sessions. “I know that all this is nothing but my obligation as a father,” he said.
