Homemade naan breads are a delicious, soft and fluffy baking with butter finish and a note of coriander. It works great as an addition to main dishes, also for acquiring sauces and dips. You can also serve them with garlic, sesame and other oriental products. They will be a real delicacy for every Hindu and Asian lover. Their big advantage is also the simplicity and speed of preparation. Just a few ingredients that you certainly have at home.

Ingredients:
- 300 g of wheat flour,
- 100 ml of warm milk,
- 50 ml of natural yogurt,
- a tablespoon of olive oil,
- 2 teaspoons of sugar,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Additionally:
- butter to spread,
- Chopped coriander for sprinkling.
Method of performance:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
Make a hole inside and pour yogurt, milk and olive oil. Mix until a uniform mass is formed.
Knee the dough on a work surface filled with flour for about 5 minutes until a smooth and elastic ball is formed.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form a ball with each. Roll out each of them into a round cake about 0.5 cm thick.
Heat a dry pan and put one cake on it. Fry it for 1-2 minutes, until golden, pitched, and even slightly charred in places.
Brush homemade breads with butter and sprinkle with chopped coriander. Serve hot, with your favorite dishes or dips.
