Trump threatens to withdraw aid to Musk companies after his last bravata

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, has threatened to withdraw subsidies to the companies of his exassor and owner of Tesla and Spacex, Elon Musk, after the billionaire if they support the budget law of the president.

“Elon can receive more subsidies than any human being in history, by far, and without subsidies, Elon would probably have to close the store and return home to South Africa. The launches of rockets, satellites and the production of electric cars are over, and our country would save a fortune,” Trump said in his social Truth account.

The White House tenant has suggested, in fact, that the Government Efficiency Department (Doge), led until about a month ago by Musk, puts “a good look” to the possibility of cutting aid to the companies of the billionaire, reiterating that “a lot of money can be saved.”

Trump has assured that he who was his advisor “knew, long before he supported me so firmly for the presidency, that I was totally against the mandate of electric vehicles,” alluding to Tesla. “It’s ridiculous, and it was always an important part of my campaign. Electric cars are fine, but everyone should not be forced to have one,” he said.

The president has responded to Musk, who on the eve warned of Republican legislators that “they will lose their primaries next year” if they support their fiscal package, which he hopes to ratify this week.

“All members of Congress and then voted immediately in favor of the greatest increase in the debt in history should bend the head of shame. And they will lose their primaries next year even if it is the last thing he does on this earth,” he said in his account of the social network X.
