Colorful, summer salad for dinner. Fits meats from a pan or grill

Young green green beans It tastes great, and in addition it is extremely healthy. In the season it is worth eating it as often as possible, it is great a source of protein and fiberthanks to which it will saturate you for a long time. There is no shortage of it also vitamins A, those from group B, C or K, and minerals, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron. It perfectly affects the cardiovascular, digestive and nervous systems. In Polish homes, they are often served with breadcrumbs, one version summer salad with radish and nutsit will also taste great.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 300 g green beans,
  • a bunch of radishes,
  • 1 tablespoon of salted peanuts,
  • 3 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey,
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the ends of the beans and cook it in salted water for 5-6 minutes until it is soft, but still firm (al dente). After cooking, strain and immediately pour cold water to stop the cooking process and keep the color.

Cut the radishes into slices and place them for a while in cold ice water to keep them crunchy.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup or honey, salt and pepper. Try and season to taste.

Arrange the beans, radishes on a large platter and pour everything with sauce. Sprinkle with peanuts.
