This simple dish is the ideal choice for those days when you don’t have time or desire for complex cooking, but you want to enjoy something proper.

Whether you prepare them in a pan in the kitchen or in the summer months on a hot grill, their taste and crunch will always be pleasantly surprised. It is essentially an improved version of classic toast with garlic, promoted to a full -fledged meal rich and creamy filling.

The basis of this easy and cheap delicacies is older, ideally yesterday’s bread.
