The update of this 3rd (1.Jul.2025) of SIOP (Integrated Planning and Budget System) shows that the government of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) committed R $ 3.8 billion in amendments to congressmen in 2025. Value represents an increase of R $ 715 million compared to the last update on June 27.
Payments increased by R $ 1.3 million, from R $ 939.7 million to R $ 941.3 million. The amount corresponds to only 1.9% of the amount reserved for amendments in 2025 of R $ 50 billion.
SIOP updates correspond to funds released on June 30.

On the same day, the Government opted for the Supreme Court (STF) to approve the approval by the PDL (Legislative Decree) Congress 176 of 2025, which revoked the decrees that would raise the IOF (Financial Operations Tax).

After the commitment comes the stage of liquidation –When the government recognizes that the contracted service was delivered – and lastly the payment itself, with the liberation of the money in the account of those who performed the service.
