- 2.5 kg of potatoes,
- 300 g of smoked bacon,
- 150 g of boiled barley,
- 4 medium onions,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 2 teaspoons of salt,

Cut the bacon into cubes, smelter it in a pan. Cut three onions into cubes, add to bacon. Fry both meat and onions will be browned.
Grate one onion on a grater.
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, add the onion on the grater. Drain from excess fluid, break down to the second bowl. In a bowl of water from potatoes, there will probably be white starch, put a mass of potatoes and onions there.
Add barley porridge cooked half -hard. Then add bacon and onion from the pan. Add grated cloves of garlic, pepper and salt. Stir thoroughly.
Stuffing the previously cleaned intestines with the stuffing – you can do it, e.g. with the help of a sausage juicer. Take a string on both sides.
Prepare a sheet metal or heat -resistant vessel, arrange the bowels. Make a few holes in every intestine so that it does not crack. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for about 60 minutes. During baking, turn it so that the bowels bake on both sides.
