Premier League and Microsoft announced on Tuesday (1) a five-year partnership in which the cloud giant will include its Copilot Artificial Intelligence on English League digital platforms to quickly provide matches and statistics on matches.
Public and fans will be able to learn about Premier League’s clubs, players, and matches through an AI mate fed by Microsoft’s copilot, which can extract information from more than 30 seasons from statistics, 300,000 articles and 9,000 videos, the parties said.
Laliga, which has clubs such as Real Madrid and Barcelona, also uses AI in game analysis and media production, while clubs implement IA -oriented experiences to engage more fans.
The Premier League, England’s main soccer league, is also migrating its main digital infrastructure to Microsoft Azure to facilitate AI integration and create a unified English league platform.
