The Synagencies, a union that represents the regulatory agencies servants, defeated the federal government in the face of the possibility of hiring 500 professionals temporarily.
The union claims that the measure contributes to the precariousness of the public service, and the temporary contract can last up to ten years – at most five years, with the possibility of renewal for the same period.
Signs has operated the Ministries of Management and Innovation, and Industrial Development, Trade and Services, as well as the Directorate of ANVISA.
The measure, according to trade unionists, will bring institutional and sanitary risks, as employees under temporary contract are more susceptible to political interference.
“The proposed model significantly raises the risk of capturing these professionals by the regulated sector, creating an environment conducive to pressures, conflicts of interest and decisions guided by economic interests – and not for public health,” the union says in a press release.
Sought by the panel Anvisa did not speak until the publication of this text.
