Licensed deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (-SP) said on Wednesday (2) that “at least confusing” the resignation of Fabio Wajngarten of the PL, after being disclosed from him with criticism of a possible presidential candidacy instead of (PL).
In his account on social network X, Eduardo said that the former president’s former right window approached the 2018 Bolsonarist movement, “moment when very few joined the Jair Bolsonaro project.”
“He has no mandate, left the PL in a confusing way, that is, he would have a thousand reasons to revolt and throw stones at JB [Jair Bolsonaro]/Pl. But no. He keeps the posture and continues to help in what is possible – and contributes a lot, “he wrote.
“I appreciate this in a man, it is called loyalty put the proof, a person who moves by principles, regardless of circumstances.”
Former chief of the Bolsonaro Social Communication Secretariat, Wajngarten was present at the demonstration summoned by Bolsonaro on Paulista Avenue, this Sunday (29), in São Paulo.
With the motto “Justice Já”, the act brought together allied pockets and politicians of the former president, such as the governor of Sao Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas, and other heads of state executive.
Wajngarten was one of the former president’s leading assistants and acted as his direct press advisor.
He was fired in May by PL after messages from him with criticism of a possible Michelle candidacy for the presidency in place of the former Mandanker, who is ineligible.
The dialogue, obtained in the Federal Police investigations into the 2022 coup plot, occurred with Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid, former Bolsonaro orders. In January 2023, Wajngarten sent the military a news that Michelle was quoted by PL President Valdemar Costa Neto to run for presidency.
Cid replied, “I prefer Lula” with a laugh. Wajngarten agreed and asked “What world is Valdemar living in?”
Cid then sent an audio criticizing the former first lady. “Dude, if Dona Michelle tries to go to politics in a high position, she will be destroyed, because I think she has a lot of dirty stuff … not dirty, but she, her personality, they will use everything against her to end her.”
