Current political tension in Brazil with divergences on the imposition of parliamentary amendments has generated a tendency for “permanent governability crises,” according to the minister of the (Federal Supreme Court).
At a press conference on Wednesday (3), after participating in the panel on budget governance in ‘Gilmarpalooza’, an event in Lisbon that has the minister as the main host, Dino stated that “the moment the imposing amendments were born, we had these difficulties of governability with various presidents of the Republic, different from different parties this shows that there is a need to review the model.”
