Oi announced on Thursday (3) that filed a request for judicial recovery from subsidiaries network services SA (Serede) and Brasil Telecom Call Center SA At the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice, as part of the measures to relieve the pressure in the cashier and to comply with their financial obligations.
In a relevant fact, the telephone company said the decision aims to preserve the continuity of operations and enable the financial reorganization of subsidiaries.
With this, the two subsidiaries begin to be part of a broader group in judicial recovery, which brings together Hi sa, Portugal telecom International Finance BV and Oi Brasil Holdings Cooperatief UA.
The company said the decision is a continuation of the proposal to add its judicial recovery plan, filed on July 1, in an effort to restructure the payment conditions of certain creditors, among other measures, to increase the availability of immediate resources and ensure a financial breath.
