The wind from the cold front and storms from Austria arrived at the extreme west of Slovakia, reaching 50 to 70 kilometers per hour in gusts. The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMI) informs about this on the social network. Suddenly the air cools down by more than ten degrees Celsius within a few tens of minutes.
“In the coming hours, this wind, even with unique showers and storms, will also bring cooling in other locations of western Slovakia,” Meteorologists write.
