Ladislav Halama st. was born on December 23, 1933 in Nitra, but spent most of his life in Pezinok. “His sister was a long -time editor of the Slovak Radio, founded a well -known beyond program, ” approached Ladislav Halama jr. He started as a physical education teacher, but at the end of the 50s he started working on Slovak Television, he was one of its first employees.
He first worked on television as a production assistant, then he was head of production in the children’s editorial office. Subsequently, he got to the new position of the image editor. “His name has been in the position of a editor in more than 35 years he spent there in about 600 titles. Many of them were groundbreaking works that are now in the gold fund of television,“His son said.
Ladislav Halama st. He cooperated with dozens of Slovak and Czech legendary directors and creators. He participated in the establishment of dozens of Slovak television films and documents. At the end of his career he worked on the film Camp of Fallen Women, who shot his son.
