Governor Gladson Camelí gave an interview to Contilnet on Wednesday (3) and talked about the situation of unions that are demanding readjustments and revisions of career plans.
At least 30 education, health and security unions came together last week and threatened to strike in the coming days. Gladson said he sat with the categories, but needs to wait for a breach in the law to meet the demands.

“First, I sat with some categories. I’m still paying the increase I promised. I need to close the first semester to see how the economy will react. It has a fiscal responsibility law. The government is dialoguing with everyone because I am a governor who defends the public servant and the success of a government depends on valuing those who are at the end,” he said.
“But there is an account payable. 1 + 1 is two. Let’s sit with all the categories, but I won’t go with the hand and take it with the other. That’s what we are doing, dialoguing with all the categories so that we find a solution, but I won’t give one hand and take it with the other,” he added.
The governor also cited the situation of the health PCCR, which is under discussion in Aleac and the Civil House.
“About PCCR, health is entitled, as education has and all the other areas, but I need the origin, know where I will take to pay the servers. From the moment I do something with irresponsibility, I put more than 60,000 civil servants that need to receive up to date,” he said.
“We have to close the first semester for us to have a new position, to honor our commitment. What I can not be to take the project to the Legislative Assembly of Acre and be prevented by LRF. Law is to be respected,” he concluded.
