There are still 49 inhabitants in captivity of Hamas. Kibbucu residents called on the government to speed up their return.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited Kibuc Nir Oz in the south of Israel at the border with the Palestinian Gaza Palestinum. Palestinian attackers in the terrorist attack on South Israel in October 2023 of this kibuca kidnapped dozens of people, and nine of them still hold in the Gaza Stroat as hostages. Netanyahu promised to bring home to all who remain captured by Hamas. TASR took information from AFP and Times of Israel.

“First of all, I feel a great commitment to ensure the return of all our kidnapped, everyone,” Netanyahu stressed. “We will bring them all back,” Prime Minister promised NIR OZ for the first time since the attack.

He also met his sharp critic EJNAV Zangauker, whose son Matana Hamas still holds in the Gaza band.

After the Prime Minister’s departure, Kibbucu residents issued a statement in which they called on the government to speed up the return of the remaining hostages – including nine residents from Nir Ozu – as well as the restoration of their community.

Of the 251 hostages captured on October 7, 2023, 49 is still in captivity of Hamas. The Israeli army claims that 27 of them are already after death.
