Registration for the second semester edition of the Prouni (University for All Program) end 23h59 (Brasília time) this Friday (4). According to the MEC (Ministry of Education), there are offers more than 200 thousand full and partial scholarships in undergraduate courses.
The procedure must be done exclusively by. There is no charge for fees. The vacancies, in turn, are distributed in 370 courses, offered in 887 institutions throughout Brazil.
To participate in ProUni you must have performed one of the last two editions of and have reached at least 450 points average in the notes of the five tests of the exam. In addition, the student cannot zero the writing test or have participated as a coach.
The pre-selected candidate must also prove monthly gross family income, per person, up to 1.5 minimum wage (R $ 2,277), to obtain the full scholarship, which covers the entire monthly fee.
For the partial scholarship, which covers (50%) of the monthly fee, the per capita monthly income required is up to 3 minimum wages (R $ 4,554).
It is still necessary to meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Have attended the fully in public school;
- Have attended high school in full in a private institution, as a full scholarship of the respective institution;
- Have partially attended high school in a public school and partially in a private institution, as a full scholarship of the respective institution;
- Have partially attended high school in a public school and partially in a private institution, as a partial scholarship of the respective institution or without the condition of scholarship holders;
- Have attended high school in full in a private institution, as a partial scholarship of the respective institution or without the condition of scholarship holders;
- Be a disabled person, as provided for in the legislation;
- Being a teacher of the public school system, exclusively for the undergraduate and pedagogy courses, intended for the formation of the magisterium of basic education. In this case the income limit required for other candidates is not applied.
