You can find some rose variety in every garden. They can make a narcotic smell of half of the land, and there are so many species in the world today that even the biggest expert may count them. You do not have to enjoy their delicate beauty only during the summer days when they bloom in the flower bed. This is why we often dry and hang the most beautiful flowers. “But it would be a shame to use the rose leaves only for decoration. Especially when they grow in your own garden,” says Jana Bucharová, expert in the Garden Topics Recipe.
Rose tea
Everybody knows rosehip tea, but you can prepare a healthy infusion of flowers that will not create any significant rose hips. But it has its effects again. It helps in gynecological problems, releases, evokes mental balance and has a generally good effect on the cardiovskéhoic system, moreover, it has an anti -inflammatory effect. “The advantage is that you can sip the rose even regularly in the mixtures. Count only on the fact that the infusion can be a bit bitter,” the expert points out.
Everyone is good
And compared to rose hips, the use of slices has one more advantage. It does not matter the variety – although the more fragrant, the better – not even on color. You can use any rose that grows in the garden. And so you know how far all chemical sprays and other undesirable substances are held from her.
Dry fast
While the whole bouquet dries for a long time, you will have the petals in a few hours, especially if you have a dryer. “You can retain the wonderful smell of roses for winter,” adds Jana Bucharová. How to do it?
- Choose nice, solid leaves in fully unfolded flowers, or small buds.
- Clean the material from all dirt.
- Dry in one layer only to a temperature of about 35 ° C (therefore the dryer is the best). You will be done in about ten hours, here calmly overnight. But check the floors regularly, because the tickets closest to heat sources may be dried a little earlier.
