Garden flowers that bloom until late autumn. Place in July and enjoy a beautiful garden ...

Discounts sparkle with the colors of echinaces, velvet and phloxes. Lavender is in full swing, butterflies and bees dance over the petals, creating a summer spectacle. But this does not mean that we can not plant anything anymore to enjoy flowers this season. Many species sown or planted in July will be able to bloom before the arrival of autumn, adding colors and charm to our discounts.

What can you sow in July? These flowers will be able to bloom this season

In July, we can sow calendula, tin and space flowers. Below is the instructions on how to do it:

  • Calepherd is an annual plant with an erected habit, growing up to 30-60 cm in height. It is characterized by intensively orange or yellow flowers with a diameter of 5-8 cm. Marigold flowers are not only decorative, but also have healing properties. The calendula prefers sunny and permeable soils, moderately fertile. It is a tolerant and easy -to -grow plant. Cafeitoral seeds are sown directly to the ground to a depth of about 1-2 cm. After the plants rose, they should be thinned, leaving 20-30 cm spacing. Calendula does not require special care, it is enough to water regularly during periods of drought and remove faded inflorescences to stimulate the plant to continue flowering.
  • Zinnia is an annual plant with erected habit, growing depending on the variety from 20 to 100 cm high. It occurs in a wide range of colors and shapes of flowers, from single to full, in shades of red, pink, orange, yellow and white. Cyna grows best in sunny positions and fertile, permeable and moderately moist soils. Cynia seeds can be sown directly into the ground or prepared the seedling in May-Red and planted it on the plot in July. Seeds are sown to a depth of about 1 cm. After the plants rose, they should be thinned, retaining 20-30 cm spacing. Cyinia requires regular watering, fertilization (especially during flowering) and removing faded inflorescences.
  • The double-legged cosmos is an annual plant with a raised, branched habit, growing up to 60-120 cm in height. It is characterized by delicate, feathered leaves and single flowers with a diameter of 5-10 cm, in pink, white, red and purple. Space prefers sunny and permeable soils, moderately fertile. It is a drought -resistant plant and easy to grow. Space seeds are sown directly to the ground to a depth of about 1 cm. After the plants rose, they should be thinned, leaving 30-40 cm spacing. Space does not require special care, it is enough to water regularly during periods of drought.
