The decision of parties with ministry in the government to activate the (Supreme Court) for (tax on financial operations) is a clear sabotage and requires that President Lula RepacTue, evaluates the coordinator of, Marco Aurélio de Carvalho.
Eight parties said they will file a DC (Declaratory Action of Constitutionality) on Thursday (4) to do that. Of these, three have ministries in the Lula administration: PP (Sport), Republicans (Ports and Airports) and União Brasil (Communications, Tourism and Regional Development).
“I think at least a boldness one comes with such a measure,” says the coordinator of the government lawyers linked to the government.
“There has to be a renegotiation of governability. We have to build with these parties that are part of the base a minimal agenda,” he adds. “Anyone who wants to continue with us has to be committed to the reconstruction of Brazil.
