Nobel prize winner Elbaradei: The spread of nuclear weapons cannot be bombs away

In 1966, the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, France and China not only the only countries that had nuclear weapons, but also had sufficient foresight to recognize the dangers of nuclear spread.
