Attorney General Maroš Žilinka had the situation in connection with the bankruptcy of the travel agency Happytravel.sk. This results from his opinion on the social network.
“In connection with the publicized decline of the travel agency Happytravel.sk, I saved the SR to check, whether there was no acting a founding suspicion of fraud offense By concluding contracts with clients and the funds accepted at a time when persons acting on behalf of the travel agency had to be taken into account with all circumstances that they would not fulfill their obligations to clients, ”said Žilinka.
Travel agency Happytravel.sk This week she informed the Slovak Association of Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies that From 1 July, it will not be able to fulfill its obligations to business partners and clients and declared bankruptcy.
