Specialized Criminal Court (STS) in Banská Bystrica He took four persons accused of Funeral’s police action on Thursday (3 July). In part, it granted the prosecutor’s proposal. He released three accused from detention. This stems from the information provided by TASR by Mária Horáková from the information center and the electronic registry of the STS.
“The decision in the part of the custody is not final, as the accused lodged a complaint against him. The prosecutor waived the right of remedy,” added Horáková.
The anti -criminal unit of the Office of Communicated Crime was implemented on Monday (30 June) by Funeral Action throughout Slovakia. During it, they detained and showed a total of 18 people, including four police officers.
They accused nine people, including one police officer, as part of the event. They filed a custody for seven people. They are suspicious of committing criminal offenses related to a criminal group, a general threat, blackmail, damage to a foreign cause, a violation of home freedom and indirect corruption.
