Kesha reveals that sudden rise to fame was “terrifying”

The singer Kesha38, he opened his heart to tell a little about his life and his rapid rise to fame. The pop star reached her first big hit in 2009, when she participated in Flo Rida’s hit “Right Round” and admitted that she had difficulty adapting to the new reality.

“I went from being someone who slept in a sleeping bag for a year and a half later to open shows for. It was terrifying, but also a lot of fun,” he said in an interview with People magazine.

Kesha reported that her family had financial difficulties during her childhood, but said she always found inspiration and hope in music.

“When I was little, we lived with food aid. I remember thinking, ‘What makes people really happy when they are going through difficult times? Happy songs do that,” he explained.

The star had the song to help her overcome some dark moments in her own life, and said now she has a chance to raise the mood of people who are going through similar difficult situations.

“The interesting thing about being an artist is that you can be the person who is going through hell and also can be the person who enters the studio and says: ‘I will ensure that you overcome it. Let’s compose a success because it brings us joy.’

She added: “I feel that it is my responsibility, as an artist and songwriter, to be honest about my human experience.”

After facing many ups and downs in her career, she said she no longer cares about criticism.

“Honestly, I don’t care what people think of me. I have nothing more to prove. I’ve heard all the bad someone could hear about yourself: ‘You’re too fat, you’re too old, you’re terrible.’
