The US coastal guard released images on Sunday (July 6) of its airlines rescuing people from the sudden floods in Texas on Friday (July 4).
Twelve flights were held in the Kerrville region by the Coast Guard, which reported having rescued 15 people from Camp Mystic on Friday.
A rescue swimmer remained with people affected by floods, providing medical assistance and helping to evacuate 230 people, the coast guard said in a statement.

The sudden floods in downtown Texas killed at least 50 people, including 15 children, authorities reported Saturday (July 5), while rescuers were still searching for dozens of camper, tourists and residents who were still missing.
