In an interview with Contilnet’s broadcast straight from the fair, this Saturday (5), the sebrae analyst Sônia, accompanied by Seu Reginaldo, a Cruzeiro do Sul entrepreneur, gave details about the work done at the fair.
“We have a specific project for the Bakery and Confectionery segment, which we started in Rio Branco, but we want to bring to Cruzeiro do Sul next year, which aims to increasingly empower local bakeries for these enterprises to take off,” he said.
Each night, different companies in the branch of bakery participate in the program, presenting their products, news and releases. Visitors can enjoy free tastings of bread, cakes, candy and other traditional items – as well as buy directly from entrepreneurs.
The space is the result of a partnership between the Acre Federation of Industries (FIEAC), the National Industrial Learning Service (Senai) and the Acre Bakery and Confectionery Industry Union (Sindipan), which together work to give visibility to local companies and strengthen the sector.
In addition to exhibition and sales, the booth is the result of a joint effort that has been made in recent years. Sebrae and other partners have invested in training, participation in market events and technical missions for entrepreneurs and bakery workers. These actions guarantee the development of the sector, bringing greater profitability to business and encouraging the sustainable growth of the segment industries.
The space is a must stop for those who want to know the potential of the bakery of Acre and, of course, prove the delights produced in the state.
