Duchoň Roadshow is not just about the film. Thanks to the brand Cupra Slovakia, every evening becomes a holiday of music, memories and emotions under the summer sky. Cupra Slovakia brings Karol Duchoň to your city – along with his biggest hits, acting stars and a long -awaited film story that captures the life and legacy of one of the greatest personalities of Slovak music. During two summer weekends, the Tour will visit your favorite amphitheater across Slovakia. The first stop will be Zemplínska Šírava (July 18), followed by Košice (19. 7.) and Nové Zámky (20 7th). The next weekend Karol Duchoň will “return” to Banská Bystrica (25 7th), Martin (26 7th) and Senec (27. 7.).
It will be a unique experience every night. The audience is first waiting for the lively concert of the greatest Duchoň’s hits performed by the film’s actors, accompanied by professional musicians under the direction of conductor Vlad Valovič, who once worked with Karol Duchoň. The concert will be followed by an exclusive screening of the long -awaited film Duchoň, which viewers can see before it arrives in Slovak cinemas!

Karol Duchoň’s film story begins during the shooting of the New Year’s Eve program on television in 1984, and the man who has recently been at the feet of the world, will be literally all his life during one night before his eyes. We see how a boy from a rural band was given the opportunity to play in clubs in the west and how he became a real -time pop icon from day to day after returning thanks to a single song. They wrote for him the most renowned music composers and lyricists in Slovakia, won prizes at the most important competitions and came many foreign tour. However, his internal demons are also beginning to awaken a huge success … And we will be able to watch all this accompanied by his biggest hits.
