A decoction of tansy was a popular way to get rid of ants in the garden. This popular plant grows on meadows, roads, wasteland and on the edges of forests. It blooms from July to September. The flowers are small and yellow, arranged in canopies. Tales are rich in essential oils that ticks, moths, ants, aphids and many other pests hate. Precads are also worth planting in the garden. Where it grows, there is no problem with aphids and ants. However, if we do not want to plant a plant, we can collect flowers and herb in a different place and prepare a decoction. With such a preparation, you can spray plants attacked by aphids. Similarly, you can work when unwanted ants appear in the garden or terrace. Paths and nests need to spray with a tansy extract. The lift can be prepared from both dried herb and fresh. 200 g of fresh plant or 20 g dried, pour 8 liters of boiled water. Set aside daily. We use diluted with water in a 1: 2 proposal. If we want to get rid of ants from home, tansy extract will also be helpful. However, if we prefer something milder, use baking soda. Sprinkle it with places where you often see ants. Cinnamon and coffee grounds will also work similarly.

A sweet fall is a real rarity for them, which is why it is often said that ants “breed” aphids. To get rid of insects from the garden, most often you need to cut off ants from food. Aphid habitats are very often out of reach of our sight, high on the trees. If you notice ants wandering around the trunks, you can wrap trees with a special sticky tape that will work like a trap. Both aphids and aphids will stick to it. Another way for ants is to smear the trunks with entomological adhesive. It will create a natural barrier that prevents insects from climbing. In this way, he will prevent ants of “breeding” aphids. Such glue is safe for plants. However, it should not be used on a damaged surface. It is applied with a brush on the bark belt from 2 to 4 cm. Although it is intended for outdoor use, many manufacturers provide information that it can also be used indoors. This is an alternative to yellow bands and will work in hard to reach places. In addition to glue, it is worth planting plants in the garden that deter insects, e.g. tangled.
