Ilija Trojanow: “Our attitude to the frenzy is not cleared”

Ilija Trojanow is not only a writer, but also a trained sommelier. His friendship with a well-known Riesling Winzer inspired Trojanov to his essay A glass full of time which represents a declaration of love for the wine. Drinking the latter is a dialogue with many partners, according to Trojanow. Over time, the ground, with yourself, your own taste and with a winemaker.
