A Azevedo & Travassos reported on Monday (7) that consortium formed by a subsidiary signed service contract engineering with the São Paulo State Basic Sanitation Company (Sabesp) with a total amount of R $ 384.4 million.
In a statement to the market, the company has announced that a consortium formed by the subsidiary Azevedo & Travassos Infrastructure will perform common engineering services related to vegetative growth and maintenance of water and sewage networks, including pavement replacement.
The contract has as a term 780 days, and will be carried out by the consortium formed in the proportion of 31% of Azevedo & Travassos Infrastructure Ltda., 30% of Infracon Engenharia e Comércio Ltda., 30% of Hydrosistem Engenharia Ltda. and 9% of Eng. Sanitation and Construções Ltda.
