Rouen – defending champion Tadej Pogacar wrote to his 100th victory as a cycling professional with the success on the 4th stage of the Tour de France. The Slovenian won on Tuesday in Rouen ahead of Mathieu van der Poel and his first challenger Jonas Vingegaard. Austria’s hopeful Felix Gall was no longer able to go with the pace of the top teams in the final kilometers and lined up with 54 seconds behind the winner than 32. Van der Poel remains in the yellow jersey.
