The man accused of particularly serious fraud was hiding in Spain and was also on the list of the most sought -after people of Europol. Fifty -one -year -old Sándor P. condemned the court in Hungary for fraud for eight years in prison. However, the man did not enter the sentence and fled abroad. The relevant Hungarian court therefore issued a European arrest warrant for him.
