For the dish to come out great, it will be necessary to season the stuffing. Add an egg, onion, a large amount of fresh coriander, garlic, ginger, and fennel seeds, chili and fragrant cinnamon to the meat. To prepare this dish, you will need:
- 1 head of white cabbage,
- 750 g of minced meat, preferably veal or lamb,
- 1 onion,
- 1 egg,
- 1 handful of fresh coriander,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon of ginger,
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder,
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon,
- ½ teaspoon chili.
Tomato sauce:
- 400 g of tomato passage,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 onion,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Additionally:
- Frying oil,
- Spring dill.
Serve the ready dish hot, preferably poured with tomato sauce. You can serve them with a potato puree or a slice of bread.
Address the cabbage. Put the cabbage head in a large pot and pour it with water so that it is completely covered. Boil the whole and keep on fire for about 20 minutes. Remove and leave to cool. Then cut the core and gently remove the top leaves, being careful not to damage them. The leaves removed with boiling water for 2-3 minutes to make them even more flexible. Strain and set aside to cool.
Make a tomato sauce. In a pot, fry the onion chopped into a very drone cube and a garbage squeezed through the press. Add a tomato passata, put it all for a while. Season with salt and pepper. You can additionally mix the sauce with a blender.
Prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil for nice vitrification. Set aside In a large bowl, mix minced meat, onion, egg, garlic squeezed through Prague, finely shredded coriander and all other spices. Take one leaf and cut off the hardened core. Transfer the stuffed cabbage into an heat -resistant dish. Pour tomato sauce, bake for about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the cabbage rolls. Serve with chopped dill.
