The federal deputy (PL-SP), who is licensed by the mandate and lost the deadline to deliver the functional apartment and can be fined for delay, according to the act. The case will be evaluated by the sector responsible at a meeting this week.
The House’s internal rule states that parliamentarians deliver the functional apartment within 30 days when they cease to exercise their mandate. If they do not do this, they can be charged to pay compensation of R $ 283.50 per day and a fine of R $ 4,253.00 after ten days late.
Zambelli asked for a license from the position on June 5, after leaving Brazil to escape the arrest determined by the (Supreme Court) for conviction for participating in the invasion of the system of (National Council of Justice).

Zambelli faces a process of loss of mandate based on the conviction by the Supreme Court and has a blocked salary. The Chamber Constitution and Justice Commission to comment on whether it agrees with the cassation, a decision that will then be up to the Plenary.
