According to portal information G1 AcreJuliana’s mother, Rosicléia Magalhães, revealed that, due to the proximity of the defendant’s family with the jury site, she was guided by the Mato Grosso Court of Justice to accompany the session by video conferencing in Rio Branco, in the family lawyer room.

Rosicléia declared his firm expectation for the conviction of the accused and made an emotional appeal: “This young man, as young as he is young, stopped studying, opted for the crime and must pay for his mistakes to become a good citizen. I do not give up justice. He will pay for the crime.”

The family lawyer, Elenira Mendes, who acts as an prosecution assistant, says the evidence demonstrates the premeditation of the crime, including testimonials, messages and technical expertise. According to her, the investigation showed that Djavanderson bought 12 liters of alcohol at a gas station to perform the attack.

Rosicléia also stressed the importance of maintaining the memory of Juliana Viva and warning of the severity of femicide crimes in the country: “It’s a very serious thing. It’s one of the crimes that has happened in Brazil very serious. I don’t want to happen to other people. As much as it happens, we work so that the case of Juliana will be disclosed whenever you can, so that it is not forgotten.
