ICCHH provisions due to the oppression of women against Taliban

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued the Haag/Kabul – because of the suppression of women in Afghanistan in the HAAG, arrest warrants against the leader of the radical Islamic Taliban. The arrest warrants are directed against Taliban boss Hibatullah Akhundzada and Afghanistan’s top judge Abdul Hakim Haqqani, as the court announced on Tuesday. The court accuses them of persecution based on gender, which is a crime against humanity.
